Ranplan Group AB is pleased to invite media, investors, shareholders and financial analysts to a video conference meeting from its office in the city of Stockholm. On this occasion, CEO Per Lindberg and CSO Jon Ullmark will present the report for the second half and the full-year of 2023.

Those who want to participate online at this event should notify the company of their interest before 6pm CET on 15 Feb 2024 by sending an e-mail to joyce.wu@ranplanwireless.com. On the morning of 16 Feb 2024, registered parties will receive an email with a link to the call.

Date: **Friday 16 Feb 2024** at 10:00am CET The report is scheduled to be published at 08:00 am CET on the same day.
